court sentenced a fine hotel on six months' imprisonment and a fine of
20,000 euros for the illegal distribution channels package Digital +
belonging to Sogecable. This is the first sentence of this type issued
in Spain and will not last, because the practice of illegal
distribution of Digital + by hotels and other companies are not
isolated cases.
There are numerous court cases against
companies to the detriment of Sogecable and platform Digital +.
Recently the company by the Spanish courts to 260 complaints against
piracy
